Chris Jones Doesn't Report To Training Camp

Published: Jul 23, 2023 at 12:11 AM
Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones didn't report for training camp. The All-Pro has one year left on a four-year, $80 million contract and is looking for a new deal. However, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, both sides are "far apart" on an agreement, meaning this situation could get messy. Jones finished last season with 15.5 sacks, tying his career-high from 2018, so IDP managers will want to monitor things closely moving forward.
