How to Play ACME REAL Fantasy FOOTBALL
Simply Start the 9 Best Players Available Each Week
DRAFT
The Commissioner is the one who registers, pays for and sets up the league by inviting the other 11 coaches to the league.
Once they ALL have registered the commissioner can go to Draft Settings under the Draft tab and set up the time and date of the draft as well as much time is designated for each selection.
This time and date can be changed up to 15 minutes before the draft.
The computer will decide the random draft order 15 minutes before the draft. When the draft begins teams 1 through 12 will select their players by clicking on the desired position, and the player revealing their football card. The draft then snakes back down 12 through 1 so 12th pick selects twice. This continues until all 9 positions have been drafted.
TQB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, K, DEF, and ST
Hint for Drafting: In general, it is usually better to select the best available (Core Players) Team Quarterback (TQB), Running Back (RB) or Wide Receiver (WR) through the first 4 rounds since these players typically have a larger range in production. Rounds 5 through 8 are when you need to prioritize a productive Tight End (TE), Kicker (K) or Defense (Def) as well as your fifth core player. Generally, the last round is usually for Special Team (ST) since this position only averages one point or less per week.
Note: The commissioner can draft a player for any team by turning on the commissioner button and select the team they are picking for, then select the player. Also note that the commissioner access button MUST be turned off before the commissioner's team selection to draft as the coach rather than commissioner.
These are your PRIMARY PLAYERS for your team. Benches are NOT Drafted.
Your draft order determines your conferences and divisions. It will automatically determine the competitive schedule playing each team once and your conference twice. Positioning rounds are in Weeks 7 and 15. The tournament is Weeks 16 through 18.
(North- Teams 1, 2, & 3) (South-Teams 4, 5, & 6) National Fantasy Football Conference

SCORING SYSTEM
The ACME REAL Fantasy FOOTBALL patent pending scoring system is a complex series of a hundred formulas and variables designed to simulate REAL FOOTBALL scoring based on years of number crunching and analyzing how football teams score and the individual participation to that score. Unlike most systems which are simply cumulative and result in 100+ point scores with minimal competition. We found the top scoring pro teams average 28 points per game, so we based our scoring system on a 28-point score. The graphic above shows the scoring breakdown by position based on their percentage of participation to an actual team score along with the average points per game they achieve each week during the season. The six offensive position scores are relatively based on total yards (passing, running and receiving), touchdowns, and length of touchdowns, as well as 2-point conversions for positive points. Fumbles lost and interceptions reflect negative points by the player who statistically is responsible for the turnover. Kickers scores are based on extra points scored, field goals, and length of field goals for positive points. Missed or blocked field goals reflect negative points for the kicker. Special teams scores are based on total yards from kickoff and punt returns, touchdowns, touchbacks, blocked field goals and punts, as well as special team turnovers by the other team for positive points. Fumbles lost by the special team reflect negative points. Defense scores start at 12-points at the start of the game and decrease with every yard they give up to the opposing offense and every point scored during the game regardless of what position scored it. Defense can score positive points for every fumble and interception turnover they achieve, quarterback sacks, as well as defensive touchdowns and length of the touchdown.
