Tyler Conklin Catches Just One Pass In Week 9

Published: Nov 07, 2022 at 05:37 PM
New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin caught only one pass in a Week 9 win over the Buffalo Bills. He was targeted twice and came up with the one grab for a seven yard gain. After his huge two-touchdown performance in Week 8, this was certainly a let down for any fantasy managers chasing those points. The Jets went back to a "run the ball and let the defense take care of the rest" approach, leaving quarterback Zach Wilson to complete just 18 (mostly short) passes on the day. Conklin will remain a TE2 option who will occasionally find the end zone, but is not a reliable every week type starter.
