Mitch Trubisky A QB2 In Week 1

Published: Sep 08, 2022 at 10:08 PM
Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mitch Trubisky will debut for his new team in a road game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1. Trubisky managed to hold off upstart rookie Kenny Pickett in training camp thanks to some strong performances in the preseason games. In Week 1, he will take on a Cincinnati defense that was average against quarterbacks in 2021, allowing the 18th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Trubisky will play with a strong supporting cast in Pittsburgh, which will help his outlook, but he is best treated as a low-end QB2 for Week 1's contests.
