James Conner Limited Again Thursday

Published: Sep 29, 2022 at 09:14 PM
Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (knee) was limited in practice for the second day this week on Thursday. Conner played through a questionable tag in the Week 3 loss to the Los Angeles Rams and he should be fine for Week 4 against the Carolina Panthers, barring a setback later this week. After a big season in 2021, the 27-year-old is off to a slow start with 90 rushing yards and a touchdown on 30 carries while catching 10 of 15 targets for 73 yards through three games. As long as he's active, though, he'll have RB2 upside for fantasy managers as the team's lead back in Week 4 against Carolina. Check back on Friday for his official injury designation going into Sunday's game.
