Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith will face the Jacksonville Jaguars in Philadelphia this Sunday. The 23-year-old went nuclear against the Washington Commanders last week, securing eight of his 12 targets for 169 yards and a touchdown. After seeing minimal involvement in the offense in Week 1, Smith has had two straight weeks of increased usage, and it should not stop in Week 4 against Jacksonville. The Jaguars have not only allowed the 12th-most fantasy points per game to fantasy wide receivers so far this season, but they have also given up the fourth-most touchdowns to the position. Due to the plus matchup, the second-year receiver should be considered a WR2 with high upside in Week 4.
