Demario Douglas Absent From Thursday's Practice

The rookie took a nasty hit to the head in Week 12 against the New York Giants, suffering his second concussion this season. Douglas has been a bright spot since working his way into the Patriots' otherwise bleak offense, collecting 184 receiving yards on 17 catches in his last three games. In Week 13, the Patriots are up against the generous secondary of the Los Angeles Chargers, where his production would be missed.
