Minnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison carried the ball seven times for 28 yards and a touchdown as he came in relief for Dalvin Cook (shoulder) in the second half of the game. Mattison was able to add a reception for another 16 yards and looked solid when the Vikings had to rely on him. If Cook is to miss any time going forward, Mattison can be valued as a borderline RB1 option in his absence.
