Wil Lutz A Streaming Option In First Game For Denver

Denver Broncos kicker Wil Lutz reunited with head coach Sean Payton last week when the team acquired him from the New Orleans Saints. Lutz missed all of 2021 due to a core-muscle injury and had the worst season of his career in 2022, making a career-low 74.2 percent of his 31 field-goal attempts in the Big Easy. If the Broncos get pre-injury Lutz, he should be at least a weekly streaming option in fantasy, like he'll be in a good matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 1. In his first five seasons in the NFL, the 29-year-old never failed to make at least 87 percent of his field-goal attempts from closer than 50 yards out. In three of his first five years, he made at least 92.6 percent of his tries inside 50 yards. Lutz was kicking in a dome before, but now he'll have the thin air of the Mile High city to work with.
