Tim Boyle Will Start In Preseason Finale

Detroit Lions quarterback Tim Boyle will start during the preseason finale against the Steelers. Jared Goff is the starter this season, which is not a surprise. However, Boyle and David Blough will continue to battle for the right to be the No. 2 option on the depth chart. The 27-year-old has had a decent preseason, throwing for 210 yards, two touchdowns, and one pick while completing just under 68% of his throws. That said, no matter what Boyle's role will be throughout the 2022-23 campaign, he isn't forecasted to be a reliable fantasy producer in any format.
