Sam Howell Taking All First-Team Reps

Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell is handling 100 percent of the first-team reps right now. This shouldn't come as a shocking considering Howell is expected to be the starter to begin the season. Despite that, head coach Ron Rivera has said it's a competition between Howell and veteran QB Jacoby Brissett. Possibly, it was a competition at first, but it appears the Commanders are going with Howell now. The 22-year-old does have potential and could be worth a stash in dynasty leagues. However, Howell only has one professional game under his belt and would be a risky choice in single-QB leagues.
