Russell Wilson Expected To Be Fine For OTAs

Published: Mar 22, 2023 at 05:08 PM
Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, a procedure to fix an issue that had nagged him for a few seasons, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Wilson is already working out and throwing, so he's fully expected to be ready to go for offseason team activities and Week 1 of the 2023 NFL season. Wilson is coming off his worst season in the NFL, throwing for just 16 touchdowns to 11 interceptions. Perhaps the knee clean-up will help his mobility next season under new Broncos' head coach Sean Payton.
