Roschon Johnson Joins Bears Backfield In Fourth Round

Published: Apr 29, 2023 at 04:46 PM
The Chicago Bears selected University of Texas running back Roschon Johnson at pick No. 115 over the fourth round. Johnson backed up star running back Bijan Robinson during his career at Texas but impressed scouts at the 2023 Senior Bowl. With Khalil Herbert, D'Onta Foreman, and Travis Homer as his only competition for touches, he could carve out a fantasy-relevant role in his rookie campaign. The 219-pound back has adequate size to handle a hefty workload and could be the primary goal line back for the run-heavy Bears offense.
