Mike Evans Scores Twice In Return

Published: Oct 03, 2022 at 09:27 AM
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (suspension) caught eight of 10 targets for 103 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 41-31 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He was suspended for one game for hitting New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore in Week 2. The 29-year-old returned and posted his best game of the season. Tom Brady connected with Evans for two touchdowns as Tampa Bay had to abandon the run game early after falling behind in the first half. Evans is Brady's No. 1 target and is a top-10 wide receiver option in Week 5 against the Atlanta Falcons.
