Mike Edwards Agrees To Terms With Bills

Free-agent veteran safety Mike Edwards has agreed to terms to sign with the Buffalo Bills on a one-year deal, the team announced on X. Edwards was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft but spent last year with the Kansas City Chiefs. The two-time Super Bowl champion has racked up 235 tackles, three sacks, one forced fumble, four fumble recoveries, eight interceptions, 26 pass deflections, and three defensive touchdowns in 75 career games. He and Taylor Rapp will be tasked with helping replace longtime Bills' safeties Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde in 2024.
