Michael Wilson Will Not Suit Up In Week 12

Published: Nov 24, 2023 at 05:12 PM
Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver Michael Wilson (shoulder) will not play in Week 12 against the Los Angeles Rams as he continues to recover from a shoulder injury, according to head coach Jonathan Gannon. Wilson has been bothered by a shoulder injury in November and had a setback last week that caused him to sit out of the Week 11 loss to the Houston Texans. With Wilson sidelined last week, Greg Dortch saw more work and led the team with six catches and seven targets. Both he and Rondale Moore will have elevated roles in the passing attack once again this Sunday behind Marquise Brown, who has had two clunkers since the return of quarterback Kyler Murray. Tight end Trey McBride will also be on the TE1 radar against LA. Wilson will now be out for three of the team's last four games.
