Lil'Jordan Humphrey Scores Touchdown In Week 1

Denver Broncos wide receiver Lil'Jordan Humphrey connected with quarterback Russell Wilson on one of his two touchdown passes on Sunday in the team's 17-16 season-opening loss to the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 1. All in all, Humphrey caught both of his targets for only 11 yards and the touchdown, so even fantasy managers in cavernous leagues shouldn't be running out to the waiver wire next week to add him. His touchdown reception came five yards out from the end zone. The 25-year-old was elevated from the practice squad for the first week of the season with the Broncos holding Jerry Jeudy (hamstring) out due to injury on Sunday. If Jeudy is able to return in Week 2 to make his season debut against the Washington Commanders, Humphrey is likely to have an even smaller role on offense.
