Kyle Pitts A Boom-Or-Bust TE1
Published: Nov 19, 2022 at 02:13 AM
Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts has been arguably the most frustrating player in fantasy football this year. The second-year tight end is full of natural talent and has flashed elite potential this season. Yet, he is being held back by Marcus Mariota and the coaching staff. Pitts has seven or more targets in three straight games. Unfortunately, he's caught only 37.5% of them as Mariota repeatedly throws him off-target passes. The former Florida Gator has scored under four half-point PPR fantasy points in three of the past four contests. Meanwhile, the Cleveland Browns have surrendered only 6.8 half-point PPR fantasy points per game to tight ends this year, the sixth-fewest in the NFL. However, the Browns have given up two receiving touchdowns to tight ends over the past three weeks. Pitts is a midrange TE1 this week with boom-or-bust potential.
