Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs signed his rookie contract on Tuesday. Downs, a third-round pick out of North Carolina, is expected to step in as the Colts' starting slot receiver and play alongside starters Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce. Downs is unlikely to be a difference-maker in fantasy in 2023 but he is on the radar as a solid stash in dynasty leagues.
