Initial X-Rays Negative On DK Metcalf's Knee

Published: Oct 24, 2022 at 01:19 AM
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (knee) was forced to exit the team's Week 7 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers early after suffering a knee injury in the first half. Head coach Pete Carroll told reporters after the game that initial X-rays "showed nothing", but that Metcalf would undergo an MRI upon his arrival in Seattle. Fantasy managers should prepare to be without the fourth-year wideout for a few weeks but remain hopeful that he can return this season. Further details on the extent of the injury should be available early in the week.
