Hendon Hooker To Visit With Giants Wednesday

University of Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker (knee) will visit with the New York Giants on Wednesday, according to sources. Hooker's busy pre-draft tour continues as interested teams gather as much information on him and his recovery from a torn ACL as they can. He has already visited with the Washington Commanders. The Giants just signed Daniel Jones to an extension after a successful season under head coach Brian Daboll in 2022, but the G-Men could be looking at taking Hooker if he slides into the second round because of his injury. It remains to be seen if the 25-year-old will be fully healthy for the start of the 2023 campaign, and he'd ideally be drafted by a team that can have him sit and learn for a year.
