Denzel Perryman To Visit With Texans Thursday

Former Las Vegas Raiders standout linebacker Denzel Perryman is visiting with the Houston Texans on Thursday, according to a source. Perryman has played the last two seasons with the Raiders, making his first Pro Bowl with the team in 2021 when he had a career-high 154 tackles (102 solo), five tackles for loss, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries in 15 starts. The 30-year-old ended the 2022 campaign on Injured Reserve due to a dislocated shoulder. He finished last year with 83 tackles (54 solo), one sack, 14 tackles for loss, five QB hits and a career-high two interceptions. Perryman is another potential addition to new head coach DeMeco Ryans' defense.
