Curtis Samuel Limited In Practice Again Thursday

Published: Sep 15, 2023 at 01:12 AM
Washington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel (hip) was listed as a limited practice participant for the second straight day this week on Thursday. Samuel could be listed as questionable for a Week 2 meeting with the Denver Broncos on the road this Sunday unless he can return to a full practice on Friday. Still, Samuel seems likely to be active this weekend. In the Week 1 season-opening win over the Arizona Cardinals, the veteran wideout caught all five of his targets for 54 yards. It was a decent first game from Samuel, but fantasy managers can't count on that kind of production on a weekly basis as he works behind both Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson against a pretty solid defense in Denver this weekend.
