Cordarrelle Patterson Scores Twice In Week 9
Published: Nov 06, 2022 at 10:55 PM
Atlanta Falcons running back Cordarrelle Patterson played Sunday for the first time in a month. The veteran running back missed the past four games after undergoing knee surgery. However, he found the end zone twice in the 20-17 Week 9 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Furthermore, Patterson nearly had a third touchdown in the game, but it got negated by a penalty. More importantly, the veteran running back led the team in rushing attempts in Week 9 despite coming off a knee injury. While Tyler Allgeier played a meaningful role in the matchup against the Chargers, Patterson remains the lead back for the Falcons.
