Christian McCaffrey Says He'll Play In Full In Week 13

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (knee) was able to get through Thursday's practice session and said he dodged a bullet with his knee issue. CMC said he'll play in full on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins. He was able to run at full speed and make catches, so it sounds like the star back is doing well. "I feel great," McCaffrey said. The 49ers are without Elijah Mitchell (knee), so McCaffrey should see a higher usage going forward. It sounds like McCaffrey will suit up this week, so he'll be a must-start for Week 13.
