Christian McCaffrey Could Be Traded

The Carolina Panthers are reportedly listening to trade offers for running back Christian McCaffrey. Unsurprisingly, Carolina is receiving considerable interest from other teams in the former All-Pro. A deal is not guaranteed to be completed ahead of the league's November 1st trade deadline, however. The Panthers, despite recently firing head coach Matt Rhule, are not having a fire sale and will reject any proposals they do not consider to be serious. McCaffrey has been one of the most productive backs in the NFL when healthy, and it is unlikely he is traded for anything less than a package including early-round draft capital or multiple picks.
