Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey Limited Monday

San Francisco 49ers rookie quarterback Brock Purdy (oblique, rib) and running back Christian McCaffrey (knee) were both listed as limited on the team's estimated practice report on Monday. Purdy is considered day-to-day after getting banged up in the Week 14 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His status could be in doubt heading into Thursday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. If the 22-year-old seventh-rounder cannot play, Josh Johnson would get the start for San Francisco. McCaffrey played 70 percent of the offensive snaps on Sunday and had 14 carries for a season-high 119 yards and a touchdown while adding two catches for 34 yards and another score. As long as he doesn't suffer any type of setback on the short week, he should be a must-start RB1 on Thursday night against Seattle.
