Brandin Cooks Quiet In Week 5
Published: Oct 09, 2022 at 10:36 PM
Houston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks saw a season-low six targets in Sunday's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, which was partly responsible for Cooks also setting a season-low in receiving yards with 20. He did catch four passes to bump up his fantasy total in PPR leagues, but overall it was a disappointing showing for Cooks, who saw Nico Collins eat into his usage. The Texans are on a bye next week, so hopefully will figure out a way to get Cooks more involved going forward since fantasy managers were counting on him to be a consistent WR2/3 play this year, which hasn't been the case.
