Baker Mayfield, Kyle Trask Co-Starters On Initial Depth Chart

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have listed Baker Mayfield and Kyle Trask as co-starters on their initial depth chart ahead of their preseason opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Friday. Mayfield and Trask have been locked in a head-to-head competition for the starting QB role during training camp, and remain neck-and-neck as the Bucs kick off their preseason slate of games. Mayfield appeared to be in the lead early on in camp but has reportedly struggled with interceptions of late. Trask has reportedly shown improvement this summer and has gained ground on Mayfield due to his strong decision-making and big plays in camp.
