Andy Dalton Could Remain Saints Starter Moving Forward

Published: Oct 21, 2022 at 01:16 AM
New Orleans Saints quarterback Andy Dalton could remain the team's starter moving forward. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, "there is a real chance" Dalton remains the Saints starter; his "calming influence" could help keep the starting gig over Jameis Winston. Dalton was named the team's starter for Week 7 against the Arizona Cardinals and has started the team's last three games. The 34-year-old has thrown for 585 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception over three games in 2022. Dalton remains mainly an option in deep-league and Superflex league formats.
