Alvin Kamara Not Anticipated To Play In Week 2

Published: Sep 18, 2022 at 05:54 AM
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ribs) isn't expected to play on Sunday against the Buccaneers. The veteran didn't have a good week of practice, suiting up in a limited capacity or missing sessions altogether due to a rib injury. Fortunately, Mark Ingram II (ankle) is anticipated to be available, so he is more than capable of filling the void left by Kamara's likely absence. Tony Jones Jr. and Dwayne Washington (hamstring) could also get some touches, although not enough to make either man a dependable fantasy option.
