Aaron Stinnie Suffers Torn ACL/MCL

Published: Aug 21, 2022 at 05:16 PM
Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive guard Aaron Stinnie (knee) suffered a torn ACL and MCL in the preseason game on Saturday against the Tennessee Titans, and he'll miss the entire 2022 season, according to a source. Stinnie was pushing for the starting left guard spot heading into the start of the regular season, so it's another big loss for the Bucs offensive line. Offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs (oblique) is also day-to-day with a strained oblique, although it shouldn't be much of a concern in regards to his status for Week 1 against the Dallas Cowboys. Center Ryan Jensen (knee) remains out indefinitely. It's certainly a concern for quarterback Tom Brady (personal) who has been away from the team for personal reasons.
