Zack Moss' Arm X-Rays Come Back Negative

Published: Dec 17, 2023 at 04:11 PM
Indianapolis Colts running back Zack Moss (arm), who exited during the first half of Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and did not return, had his x-rays come back negative, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. Although Moss isn't dealing with any type of bone break, Garafolo notes that he is having trouble gripping a football, which could obviously impact his availability for Week 16 against the Atlanta Falcons. Further complicating this whole dynamic is the lingering injury to Jonathan Taylor (thumb), who has a chance to return next week, too. There's a scenario where both Taylor and Moss play, but there's also a possibility that neither of them suit up. In such a scenario, Trey Sermon would handle the bulk of the carries while Tyler Goodson gets involved in the receiving game.
