Zach Wilson Throws For Over 300 Yards In Week 15
Published: Dec 18, 2022 at 11:00 PM
New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson, back in the starting lineup, threw for over 300 yards in a Week 15 loss to the Detroit Lions. Wilson attempted 35 passes, completing 18 of them for 317 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. He was sacked four times, losing 30 yards, and ran the ball three times for seven yards total. It was a solid fantasy game for Wilson, but he was still inaccurate and made some bad throws in what ended up as a three-point loss. It remains to be seen if this was a good enough performance to make Wilson keep his starting job once Mike White is healthy again, but regardless of who starts under center, it's clear that the Jets are now a passing offense.
