Zach Wilson Throws For 199 Scoreless Yards In Week 5 Win

Published: Oct 09, 2023 at 12:41 AM
New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson completed 19 of his 26 pass attempts for 199 yards and one interception in a Week 5 win over the Denver Broncos. He added 26 rushing yards on three carries. Wilson wasn't quite as effective as he was in Week 4, but the third-year signal-caller managed to complete over 70 percent of his passes and delivered a few impressive throws. While he's not worth rostering in single-quarterback fantasy formats, Wilson is showing signs of improvement and could be a QB2 option in certain matchups. A showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles is on tap for Week 6.
