Tony Pollard Remains A Must-Start Against Eagles

Published: Dec 23, 2022 at 07:49 PM
Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard has scored the second-most fantasy points among running backs in all formats since Week 10 and remains a must-start against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 16. The strength of the Eagles' defense is its pass rush and secondary, so Dallas could lean on the run more than ever in this NFC East contest. Since Jalen Hurts (shoulder) is out for Philadelphia, the Eagles are unlikely to put Dallas in a "come-from-behind" game script, so expect a healthy dose of Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott from start to finish. The Eagles have improved mightily in stopping the run, but are still just a middle-of-the-road defense against fantasy running backs overall.
