Saquon Barkley Limited Again For Thursday's Practice

Published: Nov 17, 2023 at 12:25 AM
New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) was listed as limited in practice on Thursday for the second straight day this week. Barkley apparently tweaked a right high-ankle sprain in Sunday's Week 10 blowout loss to the Dallas Cowboys. It's an injury that caused Barkley to miss three games earlier this year, so it's certainly a situation to monitor heading into Sunday's divisional clash against the Washington Commanders. Barring a setback, the 26-year-old should be able to play this weekend. His fantasy ceiling and floor have been lowered with rookie quarterback Tommy Devito running New York's offense now, but Barkley should remain the beating heart of this offense and is still the only realistic starting lineup option from the Giants for fantasy managers.
