Robert Woods Totals 40 Yards In Loss

Published: Jan 08, 2023 at 04:41 PM
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Robert Woods caught four of his five targets for 40 yards in the season finale against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Since Tennessee lost, they will not be in the 2023 NFL Playoffs, so Woods might've played his last game as a Titan. Tennessee can save money by cutting the veteran wideout, and his play was mightily disappointing this season. Woods finishes his 2022 campaign with 91 targets, 53 catches, 527 yards, and two receiving touchdowns. He was the best of the bunch in one of the worst wide receiver rooms in the NFL, but his price tag and lack of production will likely lead to him being released in the off-season.
