Robert Woods Catches First Touchdown Of The Season

Published: Oct 16, 2023 at 04:06 AM
Houston Texans wide receiver Robert Woods caught his first touchdown of the season in the team's 20-13 win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 6. Rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud connected with Woods for a six-yard score late in the second quarter to extend Houston's lead before the half. Despite that being his only grab of the day on three targets, the veteran wideout still leads the team with 43 targets. He'll head into the Week 7 bye with 22 catches for 227 yards and one touchdown.
