Robert Tonyan Hauls In Three Receptions Sunday Night
Published: Nov 28, 2022 at 06:16 AM
Green Bay Packers tight end Robert Tonyan caught all three of his targets and gained 20 yards during the team's 40-33 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The 28-year-old extended his 35-yards-or-fewer streak to six games Sunday night and has finished as a viable fantasy option just two times all season. Tonyan is not involved in the passing game enough to be a streaming candidate, even in plus matchups. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers (thumb, ribs) may miss some time due to injury, so there is a chance he becomes a safety valve for backup Jordan Love. However, he can't be thrust into fantasy lineups until he proves to be a valuable asset. Even in a decent matchup against Chicago in Week 13, Tonyan is off of the fantasy radar.
