Philadelphia Eagles running back Rashaad Penny (coach's decision) is officially inactive for Sunday's season opener against the New England Patriots. Indeed, an early-morning report that Penny would be a scratch has come to fruition. D'Andre Swift is a fringe top-24 fantasy back while Kenneth Gainwell has FLEX appeal in deeper leagues. Of course, Jalen Hurts will also handle a significant number of rushing attempts in Week 1.
