Miles Sanders Suffers Minor Injury

Published: Aug 05, 2023 at 09:06 PM
Carolina Panthers running back Miles Sanders was unable to finish Saturday's practice due to an undisclosed injury. Head coach Frank Reich said Sanders tweaked something and was held out as a precaution. It doesn't sound like a significant issue, so fantasy managers shouldn't worry about Sanders missing time. The Panthers gave Sanders a four-year deal during the offseason. The expectation is that the 28-year-old is going to have a significant role in the backfield next season. He might be able to flirt with RB1 value, but it depends on his role.
