Miles Sanders Records 65 Rushing Yards, Loses Crucial Fumble
Published: Dec 25, 2022 at 01:01 AM
Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders carried the ball 21 times and gained 65 yards, adding one reception for six yards, during the team's 40-34 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. The 25-year-old had a tough time moving the ball in this game and lost a crucial fumble late in the fourth quarter. Teammate Kenneth Gainwell worked in a lot more this week, with Philadelphia trailing more often than usual, but Sanders still ended the night with over 20 carries. It has been two straight rough fantasy performances for the fourth-year back the past two weeks, but he will still be a viable starting option next week against the New Orleans Saints if you survived this performance and were able to move on to the championship game.
