Miles Sanders A Boom-Or-Bust RB2 In Divisional Round

Published: Jan 20, 2023 at 10:16 PM
Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders will take on the New York Giants this Saturday in the NFC Divisional round of the playoffs. The 25-year-old had a rough four-game stretch for fantasy purposes to close out the regular season. He lost work to backups Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott and did not find the end zone once during this time. However, Sanders still averaged 13.8 carries per game and gashed the Giants for 144 yards and two touchdowns back in Week 14. Quarterback Jalen Hurts is much closer to 100% now than he was back in Week 18 and while he does take away goal-line carries from Sanders, his involvement as a runner out of the backfield does wonders for the fourth-year back's yardage totals. Sanders enters the weekend as a boom-or-bust RB2 for those playing in fantasy playoff leagues and DFS tournaments this weekend.
