Lamar Jackson To Get Rid Of Wristband

Published: Jul 29, 2023 at 12:23 AM
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson won't wear a wristband this season to assist with play-calling. New offensive coordinator Todd Monken requested it for various reasons, so the signal-caller will get rid of it. Hopefully, the move will work out in Jackson's favor, considering he's coming off arguably the worst year of his career. But he is seemingly healthy and armed with a new five-year, $260 million contract heading into the 2023-24 campaign. The 26-year-old also has new additions on offense, specifically Zay Flowers and Odell Beckham Jr., meaning he has an excellent chance of re-establishing himself as an elite fantasy quarterback.
