Kenneth Walker III Maintains Lead Role

Published: Dec 25, 2023 at 01:04 AM
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III gained 54 rushing yards on 16 carries and caught one of his two targets for two receiving yards in Week 16. The second-year back was tagged as questionable coming into Sunday's game after logging just one practice this week due to a supposed shoulder injury. Despite the tag, the Seahawks remained committed to using him, as his 17 touches dwarfed the 3 afforded to Zach Charbonnet. Despite the usage, Walker didn't make it into the end zone nor did he break any big plays resulting in a mediocre fantasy performance. Walker and the Seahawks take on the Pittsburgh Steelers next, who held Joe Mixon to 50 scrimmage yards on Saturday.
