Kenneth Walker III Likely To Return On Sunday

Published: Dec 10, 2023 at 06:23 AM
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III (oblique) is anticipated to return from a two-game absence for Sunday's matchup with the 49ers. The 23-year-old, who remains questionable with an oblique injury, amassed six rushing touchdowns in the first five games of the 2023-24 campaign. However, he's only found the end zone once in his previous five appearances. That said, there's no denying Walker's talent. But he'll have an uphill battle for fantasy production versus a potent 49ers defense. Additionally, Zach Charbonnet (knee), who has gotten more involved of late, is also expected to play, so Walker's fantasy potential could be severely restricted, making him a flex option at most.
