Kareem Hunt Leaves Colts Without A Deal

Free-agent running back Kareem Hunt is leaving his visit with the Indianapolis Colts on Wednesday without a deal, according to a source. The Colts made an offer to Hunt, but the two sides were unable to reach an agreement. Hunt also had an encouraging visit with the New Orleans Saints this week and was expected to sign with them, but he took a visit to the Colts first. We won't really have an idea of Hunt's 2023 fantasy value until he chooses a team, but he'd have more intrigue in a less crowded backfield in Indy, especially if Jonathan Taylor (ankle) is traded or isn't ready for the start of the regular season. The Colts are currently also without backup RB Zack Moss, who is recovering from a fractured arm.
