Juwan Johnson Ruled Out Against Jaguars

Published: Oct 18, 2023 at 08:19 PM
New Orleans Saints tight end Juwan Johnson (calf) has been ruled out for Week 7 on Thursday night against the visiting Jacksonville Jaguars. Johnson has yet to practice or play since suffering a calf injury in pre-game warmups before the Week 4 contest. Continue to leave the 27-year-old on the waiver wire in the vast majority of fantasy leagues. In Johnson's absence, Taysom Hill saw a career-high eight targets in the Week 6 loss to the Houston Texans, but it will be hard to expect a repeat in back-to-back weeks, even in a good matchup against Jacksonville. Along with Hill, Foster Moreau and veteran Jimmy Graham will continue to be mixed in at the position for the Saints.
