Justin Herbert Looks Ready For Week 6

Published: Oct 12, 2023 at 09:41 PM
Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert (finger) was able to practice in full on Thursday. It's a good sign that Herbert will be ready to play on Monday Night Football in Week 6 in a showdown against the Dallas Cowboys after he fractured the middle finger on his non-throwing hand in the Week 4 win over the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders before last week's bye. The 25-year-old isn't going to take snaps under center at practice this week as a precaution so that he doesn't aggravate the finger before Monday's game. Herbert is averaging 26.7 fantasy points per game to this point, which is second to only Josh Allen. He'll be a must-start, high-end QB1 in fantasy lineups on Monday against a Dallas defense that has been exposed of late.
